Former teacher, full time artist, and occasional streamer.Working primarily on character design. I take inspiration from fashion, pop culture, comedy, music. My work is also heavily influenced by Japanese manga.I like to stream for fun, art and games alike! COMMISSIONS

SUMMARY→ Commission openings are announced on all my socials a few times a year. You can, however, always contact me directly for availability.→ Commission rules and pricing are detailed in a Google Form, where you will be required to accept my ToS as well as fill in the details of your order. The link will be available once commissions open.→ Currently, all payments will be done through PayPal invoices (USD) only. A minimum of 50% of the total pricing will be requested upfront through invoices, so keep that in mind.→ Price range is around $100 — $600, depending heavily on the specifications for the piece.

✦ Commercial Rights Breakdown (for small creators):x1.5 The base quote - General use of artwork for online use/streaming WITHOUT the design rights. Meaning, you get rights for using the artwork itself, but you cannot reproduce the design I made for any other for-profit ends (such as making a more complex Vtuber based off this design, for example). (Just requires the fee).x2 The base quote - Use of the character design and provided artwork within streaming/digital space only. You can use the design for promotional materials, emotes, banners, as a Vtuber, etc. But not physical merch. (Comes with agreement document, can be upgraded to full rights).x3 The base quote - General use of character design and provided artwork for streaming and physical merch. Exclusive rights in perpetuity, but I retain the copyright. (Comes with agreement document).

Custom ARTWORK

The following information will be requested when filling the commission form:• Reference images. Please add as many as possible, even for character designs, references for hairstyles, clothing, atmosphere, and inspiration should be provided. Written descriptions for characters not yet illustrated should be detailed and include visual references for what you envision (or the closest to it). Requests with bad reference images, especially AI generated ones, will be turned down. Make sure they're readily accessible. References stored in Google Drive links will not be accepted— please use an image gallery site such as imgur, pinterest, toyhou.se or similar.• Minor details about the character.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT

● Do's and Don'tsBy contacting The Artist and requesting a commission, you AUTOMATICALLY AGREE to the stated Terms of Service and policies displayed on this page.✖ Monetized YouTube videos, Vtuber or similar stream activities count as commercial work. If you intend to use my artwork in this manner, you must clarify this in your order. Unless previously arranged, all commissions are for personal use only.✖ Clearing, hiding, cropping or modifying watermarks/signatures is forbidden. If you require a non-signed/watermarked artwork, you must pay the image rights fee. Commercial use an/or non-disclosure agreements will also incur in a fee. Depending on the case, a contract might also be needed.✖ Original editable files will not be offered under any circumstances. However, a functional layered artwork file can be negotiated.✔ You're allowed to use your commissioned picture as an icon, header, background, phone wallpaper, put it on a frame in your desk, take it out to dinner, etc.▶ The following subjects will be TURNED DOWN:✖ Anything that requires me to mimic another artist's style.
✖ Explicit sexual content. No exceptions.
✖ Heavy ornamental armor.
✖ Anything I find goes against my personal values.
✖ Religious, political, ideological or controversial content.
✖ Environmental backgrounds, landscapes or architecture.→ Pieces will usually be in either 1:1 or 4:3 ratio at around 2000px wide at 72dpi. However, sizing is up to discussion.● Payments→ Payment will be done through PayPal invoice ONLY, unless otherwise stated. No refunds.∗→ You will not be charged immediately after requesting a commission. Instead, you will be added to a list (waiting list) and be notified once I'm ready to move you into the active queue, send an invoice and work on your piece. If you don't provide a tentative deadline, your place in said queue will depend on several factors, such as type of image and complexity. The active queue and the wait list are publicly visible on a Trello board.→ Each commission quote is personalized. You will provide sufficient information for me to calculate a final price for your picture, and the pricing provided along commission samples is used as a GUIDELINE. Should you refuse the quote, your place in the waiting list will be passed on to a different person.→ Please keep in mind that it could take a few months before you receive your pic, especially if there's a big number of people in the waiting list/active queue. If over a month has passed before I get to your slot, I will send you a reminder of your commission subject and quote. You may modify your petition slightly and renegotiate or postpone your commission.→ All pictures will be used as portfolio pieces and displayed on different gallery sites as I see them fit, unless otherwise arranged with the client.

rights and agreements

TERMS OF SERVICE>> Artist RightsUnless otherwise explicitly negotiated in writing, the Artist retains ALL RIGHTS to artwork and projects regardless of the subject matter, including the rights to display, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, and reproduce work for profit or promotion. This includes prints for sale. The client may request a delay in publication for time-sensitive projects (such as gifts), however full secrecy will incur in an NDA fee.The Artist does not “work for hire” and no project undertaken by a private client is to be interpreted as such. Image rights may be negotiated for an additional fee. Intent to purchase rights must be disclosed up-front by the client. The Artist reserves the right to recycle sketches rejected by the commissioner or other material such as patterns or tools generated during the commission's creation.>> Client RightsClients retain all intellectual ownership of character designs depicted that are already under their ownership. This does not confer image rights.Clients do not need to request permission from the Artist to post commissions to a personal gallery, social media, etc. as long as the Artist’s signature and/or marks remain unedited. The Artist will provide a web resolution version of the finished project for this purpose along with the high-resolution file for client use. Clients may resize or crop the art to create icons, banners, or other graphics for non-commercial purposes.Clients may make a few prints for personal use (display or gifts). Clients may not profit from artwork without negotiation for additional rights from the Artist.Clients may not mint, sell, or otherwise offer work by the Artist as non-fungible tokens or in any other form of digital commodity on a blockchain and/or offered for cryptocurrency under any circumstances.Additionally, clients MAY NOT utilize the artwork to train AI models under any circumstances. For this reason, sharing the artwork on AI scraping sites such as X.com is prohibited.Clients may not claim to have created work by the Artist regardless of the rights held by either party. The client may not edit or hire another person to edit the Artist’s work without permission.

>> ON REFUNDSThe artist Will Not Refund any amount due to client dissatisfaction with the piece after the production and revision process has been completed.The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms as put forth above before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the client agrees to the above terms.

Small bust-up characters for use in chats. Sizing depends on the platform's requirements (YouTube, Discord, Twitch) They include a commercial fee and can be ordered as a single, custom batch, or a pack deal. Feel free to select from the chart above, or send references for your own ideas. You will get a rough sketch bundle and one round of revisions.

PNGTUBER (from existing character)

Includes basic blinking, talking and idle sprites. Can be in chibi style or regular style. Humanoid characters in regular style are from the waist up unless otherwise requested. Price flexible and according to complexity. Includes fee for stream usage. For a new PNGtuber design, please look over the character design pricing.

(From existing character reference) - Starting at $90-- Extra pose/expression +$50 (includes blinking, talking and idle each)
-- Simple gif animation (light movement, shaking, blinking, color changing) + $40

CHIBI

Cute style with cartoony/stylized proportions with a flat colored background and a transparent background version. May also include background elements or an extra character. You will get a rough sketch during the process.

$50 individual, $90 couple.

SKEB

SKEB (sketch)

Surprise-style illustration. You will receive an experimental depiction of your character or prompt with no communication during the process and no base sketch or iterations. The coloring style, crop and techniques will vary from piece to piece, making them entirely unique— with the catch that the end product is final. Only the smallest modifications allowed, as long as they're reasonable (example, I misinterpreted the references, missed a beauty mark, etc). The piece will become more complex the more you tip! ;)

ICONS

Simple character illustration with a flat background and flat coloring style. Colored icons are always from the chest up and facing forward or in full profile, with a circular crop. You will get a rough sketch, updates and a couple rounds of revisions as necessary.

CHARACTER ILLUSTRATIONS

Simple character illustration with a flat background. May be colored and include background elements like shapes (stars, circles, dots, text, etc.) or props (animals, weapons, decorative objects, etc.). Can also request a transparent background. B&W can include a gray tone or a single color. You will get a rough sketch, updates and a couple rounds of revisions as necessary.

CHARACTER DESIGN

I will design a character, or outfit for an existing character, according to your specifications. It includes a minimum of 3-4 rounds of feedback with several iterations to choose from, regardless of variant. For an accurate quote please detail what you specifically want to see in the sheet, otherwise go with one of the following options:-- PNGTuber design: Personalized quote according to character complexity. Includes basic idle, talking and blinking sprites + sheet with color palette and design breakdown. A commercial fee will incur for stream and/or merch usage.
-- Outfit design: Your chosen character from the front, wearing the outfit. Outfit pieces (flat), front and back. Color palette, props (Will NOT design the character, just the outfit).
-- Basic sheet: Character from the front, back view, and color palette.
-- Full sheet: Character front, side and back view, props/outfit changes, color palette and 3 facial expressions.
