Battery powered. South American. Former teacher, full time artist, and occasional streamer.Working primarily on character design. I take inspiration from fashion, pop culture, comedy, music. My work is also heavily influenced by Japanese manga.I like to stream for fun, art and games alike. Glitter pen junkie, lover of bunnies, drinker of coffee.*Formerly went by "yuroran", so that's why some artwork has alternate attribution. It's all me!

Custom COMMISSIONS

A FEW GUIDELINES→ Commission openings are announced on all my socials a few times a year. You can, however, always contact me directly for availability.→ Commission rules and pricing are detailed in a Google Form, where you will be required to accept my ToS as well as fill in the details of your order. The link will be available once commissions open.→ Currently, all payments will be done through PayPal invoices (USD) only. A minimum of 50% of the total pricing will be requested upfront through invoices, so keep that in mind.→ Price range is around $100 — $350, depending heavily on the specifications for the piece.

Custom COMMISSIONS

The following information will be requested when filling the commission form:» Reference images. Please add as many as possible, even for character designs, references for hairstyles, clothing, atmosphere, and inspiration should be provided. Written descriptions for characters not yet illustrated should be DETAILED and include visual references for what you envision (or the closest to it).Requests with bad reference images will be turned down. Make sure they're readily accessible. REFERENCES STORED IN GOOGLE DRIVE LINKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED— please use an image gallery site such as imgur, pinterest, touyhou.se or similar.» Minor details about the character.


rights and agreements

TERMS OF SERVICE>> Artist RightsUnless otherwise explicitly negotiated in writing, the Artist retains ALL RIGHTS to artwork and projects regardless of the subject matter, including the rights to display, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, and reproduce work for profit or promotion. This includes prints for sale. The client may request a delay in publication for time-sensitive projects (such as gifts).The Artist does not “work for hire” and no project undertaken by a private client is to be interpreted as such. Image rights may be negotiated for an additional fee. Intent to purchase rights must be disclosed up-front by the client. The Artist reserves the right to recycle sketches rejected by the commissioner or other material such as patterns or tools generated during the commission's creation.>> Client RightsClients retain all intellectual ownership of character designs depicted. This does not confer image rights.Clients do not need to request permission from the Artist to post commissions to a personal gallery, social media, etc. as long as the Artist’s signature and/or marks remain unedited. The Artist will provide a web resolution version of the finished project for this purpose along with the high-resolution file for client use. Clients may resize or crop the art to create icons, banners, or other graphics for non-commercial purposes.Clients may make a few prints for personal use (display or gifts). Clients may not profit from artwork without negotiation for additional rights from the Artist. Clients may not mint, sell, or otherwise offer work by the Artist as non-fungible tokens or in any other form of digital commodity on a blockchain and/or offered for cryptocurrency under any circumstances.> Additionally, clients MAY NOT utilize the artwork to train AI models under any circumstances.Clients may not claim to have created work by the Artist regardless of the rights held by either party. The client may not edit or hire another person to edit the Artist’s work without permission.


>> ON REFUNDSThe artist Will Not refund any amount due to client dissatisfaction with the piece after the production and revision process has been completed.∗The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms as put forth above before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the client agrees to the above terms.

* ∗∗ No refunds after any kind of work on my part has been started: sketch or work in progress screenshots and other previews, for example. Payment upfront will not be refunded after work has been started. Partial payment will not be refunded, but the remaining payment may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.


PROCESS AND PAYMENT

● Do's and Don'tsBy contacting and requesting a piece by using the provided form, you AUTOMATICALLY AGREE to the stated Terms of Service and policies displayed on this page.✖ Monetized YouTube videos, Vtuber or similar stream activities count as commercial work. If you intend to use my artwork in this manner, you must clarify this in your order.✖ Clearing, hiding, cropping or modifying watermarks/signatures is forbidden. If you require a non-signed/watermarked artwork, you must pay the image rights fee.✖ Original editable files will not be offered under any circumstances. However, a functional layered artwork file can be negotiated.✔ You're allowed to use your commissioned picture as an icon, header, background, phone wallpaper, put it on a frame in your desk, take it out to dinner, etc.▶ The following subjects will be TURNED DOWN:✖ Anything that requires me to mimic another artist's style.
✖ Explicit sexual content. No exceptions.
✖ Heavy ornamental armor.
✖ Anything I find goes against my personal values.
✖ Religious, political, ideological or controversial content.
✖ Environmental backgrounds, landscapes or architecture.
→ Pieces will usually be in either 1:1 or 4:3 ratio at around 2500px wide at 72dpi. However, sizing is up to discussion.● Payments→ Unless previously arranged, all commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use an/or non-disclosure agreements will also incur in a fee. Depending on the case, a contract might also be needed.→ Payment will be done through PayPal invoice ONLY, unless otherwise stated. NO refunds.∗→ You will not be charged immediately after requesting a commission. Instead, you will be added to a list (active queue) and be notified once I'm ready to send an invoice and work on your piece. If you don't provide a tentative deadline, your place in said queue will depend on several factors, such as type of image and complexity. The active queue is publicly visible on a Trello board.→ Each commission quote is personalized. You will provide sufficient information for me to calculate a final price for your picture, and the pricing provided along commission samples is used as a GUIDELINE. Should you refuse the quote, your place in the queue will be passed on to a different person.→ Please keep in mind that it could take a few months before you receive your pic, especially if there's a big number of people in the queue. If over a month has passed before I get to your place in the queue, I will send you a reminder of your commission subject. You may modify your petition slightly and renegotiate or postpone your commission.→ All pictures will be used as portfolio pieces and displayed on different gallery sites as I see them fit, unless otherwise arranged with the client.
